I can confirm that PhonerLite doesn't work on windows 7 x64. Only 32 bit win 7 version seems to work. When you download a win 7 version with x64 os, the installer for PhonerLite doesn't work. But on first launch it seems to ask for network configuration. After entering the necessary information, it can be started without errors. I did not try it on 32-bit win7. I do not know if it works without network configuration. I would like to note that PhonerLite works fine on my PC, and it has always worked fine for the last 4 years, and it was never connected to the internet, (I don't even have a web connection at all on my pc) so I'm quite sure it works fine.
